myTopPharm Visual Identity & Launch Campaign

After the successful pilot phase of myTopPharm, TopPharm’s customer web portal, we were tasked with creating the visual identity and launch campaign to introduce it to a wider audience. The goal was to raise awareness of myTopPharm and transition existing TPC+ (TopPharmCardPlus) members to the new web application for collecting loyalty points.

From rough sketches to early mockups, I designed several key visuals and drafted copy for the launch campaign, iterating closely with the client and an external copy writer up to the final versions. This process resulted in six approved visuals and copy that carried into the refinement phase.

In close collaboration with my team, I helped finalize a bold, modern visual world with playful copy. We developed and implemented a cohesive and engaging brand presence that works both online and offline. The visuals were applied across a wide range of touchpoints – from animated digital signage and window decals to flyers – ensuring a consistent and memorable customer experience.
